As an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit, GTWE is committed to responsible financial stewardship and ensuring that organizational resources directly support our charitable mission.
For paid professional service providers, including fundraising outreach firms, consultants, and business development organizations, our engagement principles are:
We prioritize clearly defined deliverables, measurable milestones, documented progress, and demonstrable value.
GTWE does not enter into open-ended monthly retainer agreements for fundraising or outreach activities without clearly defined deliverables, measurable performance milestones, and documented results. We prioritize project-based and milestone-based engagements that demonstrate tangible value and responsible use of nonprofit resources.
Any professional compensation must be established through a written agreement specifying services, responsibilities, deliverables, payment conditions, and performance expectations.
All fundraising activities and related compensation arrangements must comply with applicable laws, nonprofit regulations, and professional fundraising standards. GTWE does not offer percentage-based commissions on charitable donations.
We seek professional relationships where both parties share clear expectations, respect financial responsibilities, and remain accountable for agreed-upon outcomes.
GTWE welcomes genuine collaboration with organizations and individuals who share our commitment to technology education, workforce development, financial empowerment, and lasting community impact.
Our paid service provider standards apply only to contracted professional engagements. They do not restrict philanthropic donations, corporate sponsorships, volunteer contributions, in-kind support, or other mission-aligned collaborations. GTWE welcomes all partners committed to advancing educational access, workforce development, and community impact.
We believe successful partnerships are measured not by promises or ongoing fees, but by the opportunities created and the lasting impact achieved.
