Funding Priorities

Three-year fundraising goal: $500,000

Your gift supports the proposed Harlem Cybersecurity and Economic Mobility Lab and practical training pathways for underserved New York City residents.

Phase 1 — Launch: $100,000
Build initial training capacity, prepare course content, and establish essential lab equipment and learning tools.

Phase 2 — Expand: $200,000 additional
Expand instruction, supervised practice, certification preparation, and career guidance.

Phase 3 — Sustain: $200,000 additional
Support continued program delivery, essential operations, community and employer outreach, and outcome tracking.

Total: $500,000 over three years

These amounts are planning allocations. Implementation will proceed in phases as funding and program readiness allow.

Practical skills in budgeting, banking, credit, and financial planning.
